Pinghu City Yili Industry Co., Ltd. was established in April, 1995. Our company is located in Huanggu Town, Pinghu City, to the east of Shanghai and to the northwest of Hangzhou Bay, enjoying convenient transportation facilities. Our company now covers an area of about 11,800 square meters, with the construction area of 18,000 square meters. Our existing staff members are 150 people, including 36 scientific and technical personnel.

We are specialized in the development, production and sale of commercial and industrial electronic components, and other electronic products and accessories. Our company is in strict accordance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.

Our company has two departments for product R&D:
1. Electronic Product Department: This department has a set of imported fully automatic SMT production testing equipment for electronic products, including: Samsung high-speed placement machines (SM411), Samsung advanced generic placement machines (SM421S), SM visual automatic printing machines (G310), lead-free hot air reflow ovens (IPC708E), check device connection (NC-300E) (PLC control, with a lighthouse), automatic feeding devices with PCB (LD-300), lead-free wave soldering machine computers (MWSI), Conveyors ( BF-300), substrate plate machines (UB-350), bilateral lighting belt assembly lines, all kinds of electronic energy meters, national grid smart meters, wireless measurement acquisition devices and industrial electronic manufacturing modules (including OEM). We have industry's advanced optical imaging instruments (A Leader automatic optical inspection equipment / ALD520), Smart ICT beds of nail test equipment, high-precision power supply and signal acquisition and analysis equipment, test equipment and other high temperature equipment to ensure product quality stability. We can handle dozens of electronics manufacturing and exporting business. The annual output can reach 50 million Yuan.

2. Department of Electrical and Electronic Instrument Housing: This department is specialized in the design, production and development of electricity product housings and molds. Our company is currently a meter manufacturer with a full range of structural components. We have 50 sets of advanced plastic molding equipment and testing equipment. Our day-long series of injection molding machines are all purchased from domestic famous enterprise - Sky Presses MA Group. Our injection molding capacity is from 10 grams to 600 grams. We produce electronic housings, national Grid smart meter enclosures, electronic energy meter cases and instrument case parts. Our company also has advanced detection equipment, glow-wire test detectors, flame-retardant product testing equipment, high and low temperature heat impact test devices, UV aging test devices, drop impact test devices, salt spray chambers, plastic material universal testing devices, computer spectral color measurement instruments, plastic material pulled testers, and notched IZOD impact instruments. Testing equipment is used to detect a variety of extreme conditions like unnatural conditions, structural strength and safety performance to ensure product quality, stability and performance for safety and reliability, in order to meet the needs of different users.

Our main customers include Hunan Wei Sheng Group, Hangzhou Hai Xing Electronics Company, Shanghai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and other over ten electronics manufacturers and exporters. Our annual output can reach 40 million Yuan.
